A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q: Are you a Design & Build" company?
A: Yes we are. We combine both the building construction trades and architectural design under the same company. This way, we are able to better serve your overall design ideas and keep your project within your budget.
A: This is a very important question from Homeowners who are new to overall remolding of their home. A competent General Contractor will be an important asset to you whenever your project involves several different trades. A good contractor will be able to efficiently plan and organize your project in every construction department. (Example: Plumbings, electrical, cabinetry, etc.)
Q: Can I tell if a General Contractor really knows how to do my kind of project?
A: You need to interview the contractor and ask for specifics regarding materials to be used, building code requirements and design considerations. Ask to see Before and After Photos showing the companies work for whatever your project will be. Be careful to truth the handyman contractor who tells you he is an “expert” at everything. Some of these people are pretty good at one thing but really not so good at everything else.
A: Most Homeowners do not know what types and sizes of fittings and parts are required for complicated remodeling projects. Also, it is critical to be certain that all of the necessary materials are ready when they are ready to install them. Another important consideration related to the material purchase is in regards to the warranty of installation as it relates to material problems. If we purchase the products, we stand buy the installation if there is a material problem afterwards.
