We propose to furnish labor and materials-complete in accordance with above specifications and subject to the following conditions. Any alterations or deviations from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above
the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Proposal is subject to change after 60 days, prior to signin of contract.
Payments to be make as follows: 1/2 due at signing of contract, 1/4 due at midway point of project and final payment due at completion of work stated above. 10% surcharge will be added after 14 days of completion for any unpaid balances.
